I'm Praveen Mathew, a Glenview-based broker with @properties Christie's International Real Estate. I've helped buyers and sellers close nearly $100 million in home sales across Glenview, Northbrook, Morton Grove, Skokie, Chicago, and the North Shore.

For sellers, I build a plan around how buyers will see your home: where to price it, which improvements deserve your money, and how to present its strongest features. When offers arrive, I help you evaluate the price, financing, and terms, and negotiate with your priorities in mind.

For buyers, I look beyond the listing photos. We'll examine comparable sales, weigh each home's strengths and drawbacks, and build an offer strategy grounded in the home's value. You'll get my honest assessment, including when I think you should keep looking.
